The Citizenship Welcome Package is intended for the new citizens of the State of Felicia. These symbols of belonging are granted to each newcomer as confirmation that you are here. You have come home to Felicia. Because why would anybody want to come and stay if they don’t feel they belong?
Also among the tools you need to fit into your new home is the Centiki: Mirror of the State PDF download. That fragment is the key to the Centiki world. Find it here in the shop and download it.
